Settings that work for this part
Functional, not pretty
0.2 mm layers, 4 perimeters, 25 % gyroid infill. Walls carry the load in a printed part far more than infill does, so add walls before you add infill.
Holes print undersized
Every hole is modelled at the size you set. Turn on hole horizontal expansion of +0.1 to +0.2 mm in your slicer, or drill them out.
Material
PLA is fine indoors. Anything in a hot car, near a heated bed or outdoors wants PETG or ASA. See the filament database.

Which way should I print it?
Standing on the horizontal leg. The corner supports itself, so it needs no supports.
How do I make it stronger?
Turn on the gusset, go thicker, and add walls in your slicer. For anything load-bearing, print in PETG or ASA and test it before you trust it.
What screws does it take?
The hole size you set is the size in the file, and the part notes show which metric screw it suits. Most printers make holes slightly small, so drill them out or add hole expansion in your slicer.
How many holes can I have?
1 to 4 on each leg.
