Settings that work for this part
Functional, not pretty
0.2 mm layers, 4 perimeters, 25 % gyroid infill. Walls carry the load in a printed part far more than infill does, so add walls before you add infill.
Holes print undersized
Every hole is modelled at the size you set. Turn on hole horizontal expansion of +0.1 to +0.2 mm in your slicer, or drill them out.
Material
PLA is fine indoors. Anything in a hot car, near a heated bed or outdoors wants PETG or ASA. See the filament database.

What size should I set?
The real diameter of the cable or bundle. The opening is narrower than the cable, so it presses in from above and stays put.
Which material works best?
PETG. It flexes as the cable goes in. PLA can crack if the opening is narrow, so widen the opening angle if you print in PLA.
Do I need supports?
No. Print them as they are laid out.
What screws do they take?
Set the screw hole to match your screws. Holes are modelled at the size you set, and most printers make them slightly small, so drill them out or add hole expansion in your slicer.
