      Is the quote really free?

      Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. You only pay if you approve the price.

      How much does a print cost?

      It depends on the size, material, strength and finish, and how many you need. Small parts are often inexpensive. Your quote lists the exact price before anything is printed.

      How long does it take?

      Your quote includes a timeline. Tell us your deadline in the form and we'll say straight away whether we can meet it.

      What files can I send?

      STL and 3MF are ideal; OBJ, STEP and ZIP files work too. You can also paste a link from Printables, Thingiverse, MakerWorld or Thangs, or use a model you made with one of our generators.

      I don't have a 3D file. Can you still help?

      Yes. Send photos of the part next to a ruler, with a few measurements, and tick the design box. We'll quote modelling it for you as well as printing it.

      Are my files private?

      Yes. Your files and photos are used only to quote and make your order, and are never shared or published.
